When we are not in conflict with form, the border and the limit are the place where we begin to be.
The research emphasises the transformative experience as creative appropriation of the limit. The practice, developes by alternating exercises (repetitions, sequences, etc...) and improvisation, with particular attention to music and rhythm. The class, alternating physical and energetic moments with times for reflection and breathing, proposes:
A warm-up contaminated by different practices
that focus on awareness, proprioception and activation of the fascia. (breathing exercises, Mindfulness and physical preparation)
Dynamic exercises of coordination, rhythm and voice (exercises in theatre, music and different dance styles)
Bodies and the use of space, notions of study of directions
Improvisation exercises exploring qualities and multiple and/or opposite emotional and psycho-physical states through the exploration of ever-changing images
